⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at this dental office! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Alonso was great and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Sierra, the manager, was also very kind and helpful. She made me feel like I was in good hands from the start. Chasity and Nicole, the dental assistants, were both so sweet and made the experience even more comfortable. They were very attentive and made sure I was taken care of throughout my visit. I also want to give a special shoutout to Maxcine, the hygienist. She gave me a very thorough cleaning and actually took the time to educate me about my oral health instead of just doing the cleaning and sending me on my way. I learned a lot and really appreciated how patient and informative she was. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience here. It’s not often you leave a dental office feeling this positive! Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. I definitely recommend this office — 5 stars for the whole team! 🦷❤️

So I have been looking very hesitantly for a Dentist to go to for a while now. As many of us, I was SCARED to go. When finding The Dents Office of McKinney a Very Nice lady Answered. I was Most honest with her letting her know my fears of going to a Dentist and past experiences as well as SO far in the past nothing has worked for me NOT to feel everything they do. 😫 When I went in Yesterday to get one side of my teeth cleaned, I have to admit that along with ALL of the Professionalism for EACH of them, I also walked oit Feeling GOOD! ❤️ I was told it would hurt later when the numbness wears off. Wow!! The numbness did Not last long like most nor was there ANY pain after wards and VERY little during (as sensitive as I am). If You want to feel comfortable and Safe at a Dentist, Come to this one!! I have NEVER experienced such AWESOME Professionalism at ANY Dentist Office Like this before.!! Even making sure My insurance would help cover me to where I need BEFORE I went in. Thank You too Dr. Sahori, Nichole, Maxine, Chastity and Kristen and to any names I may have forgotten!! On April 15th, 2026 I had a concerning experience at this office. During my regular checkup visit, my symptoms were presented in a very exaggerated and alarming way, with strong emphasis on potential long-term health risks if I didn’t move forward with treatment immediately. While I understand the importance of addressing gum health, the tone felt more fear-based than educational. I was told I could not receive a regular cleaning and was instead directed toward a significantly more expensive treatment plan. After the exam, the dentist told me she would have the office manager come in to “discuss numbers,” and left the room. At that point, the experience began to feel even more like a sales process than patient-centered care. I stated I simply couldn't afford the $1,200 cleaning, and she asked what numbers sounded doable to me. I refused treatment. I also requested copies of my X-rays before leaving and was told they would be uploaded into the app within an hour, but they were not. When I called the next day, I was told the office manager was unavailable and there was no clear timeline for when I would receive them, which created unnecessary stress as I had an appointment with anoth

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Adeola and her assistant Nikki! They truly went above and beyond to make sure my crown fit perfectly and looked natural. They even stayed longer to ensure everything was just right, which I deeply appreciated. Both of them were incredibly professional, detail-orienteer and knowledgeable — but at the same time so kind, warm and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable the entire time. Honestly, they proved that a dentist visit can actually be fun and enjoyable!🫶 I’m so grateful for their care and dedication. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this place! I recently had a deep cleaning done and received top-notch care. Kori, Dr. Adeloa, and Chasity were all amazing and friendly, yet thorough, and professional. And, they use the most modern dental technology. 6/5 stars!
